Information we collect
Account details you give us, the projects and drawings you upload or create, and basic technical events needed to keep the service reliable and secure.
How we use it
To convert drawings, save and export your projects, process subscriptions, prevent abuse and answer support requests.
Drawings you convert
A photo, scan or PDF you convert is sent to our AI provider (Google) to be read, only to produce your result. The uploaded file is deleted once it is read. We keep the result, with a small preview of the drawing, for 30 days so the same file is not read twice, then delete it, or sooner with your account. Without an account, a conversion is linked only to a random id kept in your browser and a scrambled form of your IP address, used to limit free conversions.
Shops near you
When you look for shops, the area you type and what you need are sent to Google Maps to find them; Google's privacy policy covers that search. When you tap a shop's WhatsApp or Call button, we count the tap with a random id and the area you typed, so we can tell shops how many people reached them. The shop learns nothing about you from us; you message or call it yourself.
Your projects stay yours
Projects are private to your account. We do not sell project content or personal information.
Security
We use reasonable technical safeguards. No online system is risk-free, so keep your password private and tell us if you suspect misuse.
Your choices
Change your details in Settings, and delete your account there at any time. You can also ask us about access, correction or deletion.
