Cancelling a plan
Cancel any time in Settings. You keep your plan until the end of the month or year you paid for, then move to Free. It does not renew after that.
Refunds
We do not refund part of a month or year already started, or credits you bought. If you were charged twice or by mistake, write to us and we refund it to the way you paid within 5–7 business days.
Failed conversions
A conversion that fails does not use a credit, so there is nothing to refund.
Delivery
Planel is an online service. A plan or credits work in your account as soon as the payment goes through; nothing is shipped.
